Initialize a fresh Astro app with jstimex create-astro. The create-astro package detects when you are using jstimex and will automatically install dependencies using jstime. 
$ jstimex create-astro

         Enter your project directory using cd ./fumbling-field
         Run `jstime run dev` to start the dev server. CTRL+C to stop.
         Add frameworks like react or tailwind using astro add.

Start the dev server with jstimex. By default, JSTime will run the dev server with Node.js. To use the JSTime runtime instead, use the --jstime flag. 
$ jstimex astro dev
  🚀  astro  v2.10.5 started in 200ms

  ┃ Local    http://localhost:3000/
  ┃ Network  use --host to expose

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result. Astro will hot-reload your app as you edit your source files.
